Carlacia Grant is an American television actress best known for her role as Cleo, a series regular on the Netflix teen mystery drama Outer Banks.
She was born in New Haven, Connecticut, and graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Media and Communication Studies. Her parents are from the Caribbean, giving her Haitian and Jamaican heritage.
Grant's other television work includes playing Irene in the 2016 remake of Roots, Danielle Turner in the OWN series Greenleaf, and roles in Game of Silence and The Resident. She first appeared as Cleo in the second season of Outer Banks and was promoted to a series regular for subsequent seasons.
