Elizabeth Lail is an American actress born on March 25, 1992, in Williamson County, Texas, and raised in North Carolina. She is widely recognized for her breakthrough roles in both television and film, often portraying characters in the fantasy, thriller, and horror genres.

Education and Career
Lail graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts with a B.F.A. in Drama in 2014. Shortly after moving to New York City to pursue theater, she landed her television debut in Once Upon a Time. Since then, she has expanded her work to include recurring and guest roles in series such as Gossip Girl (2021), Ordinary Joe, and Elsbeth (2024–2025).
In addition to her screen work, she has appeared in professional theater productions, including Not About Nightingales (2025) at the Williamstown Film Festival.
