Emma Roberts is an American actress, singer, and producer.
She is the daughter of actor Eric Roberts and the niece of actress Julia Roberts. She began her career as a child actor, making her film debut in Blow (2001) and later gaining recognition for her lead role as Addie Singer on the Nickelodeon television series Unfabulous (2004–2007).
She transitioned to more mature roles, starring in films like Aquamarine, Nancy Drew, Wild Child, We're the Millers, and Nerve. Roberts is well-known for her work in the horror and thriller genres, particularly for her recurring roles in the FX anthology series American Horror Story and her lead role as Chanel Oberlin in the comedy-horror series Scream Queens, which has established her as a "scream queen." She also co-founded the book club and literary community, Belletrist.
