Hayley Nichole Williams (born December 27, 1988) is an American singer and songwriter.

She is best known as the co-founder and lead vocalist of the rock band Paramore. She is the only member to appear on all six of the band's studio albums. Alongside Taylor York, Williams won the 2015 Grammy Award for Best Rock Song for the song "Ain't It Fun."

Williams was born and raised in Meridian, Mississippi, and moved to Franklin, Tennessee, after her parents divorced when she was 13 or 15. She later formed Paramore in Tennessee.

She has also released solo albums, including Petals for Armor (2020) and Flowers for Vases / Descansos (2021). Her non-Paramore work also includes collaborations, such as being featured on the single "Airplanes" by B.o.B, which peaked at No. 2 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100.

Williams has also explored business ventures, including the hair-dye company Good Dye Young. She has been noted for her energetic voice and unique style.
