Bella Hadid, born Isabella Khair Hadid on October 9, 1996, in Washington, D.C., U.S., is an American model.
She began her modeling career at age 16 and signed with IMG Models in 2014. Hadid has since appeared on numerous international Vogue covers and walked for major fashion houses, including Dior, Chanel, and Victoria's Secret. She was named Model of the Year by industry professionals of Models.com in 2016 and by the British Fashion Council in 2022. Time magazine included her on its annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2023.
Her parents are Mohamed Hadid, a Palestinian-American real estate developer, and Yolanda Hadid, a Dutch former model. She is the sister of fellow models Gigi Hadid and Anwar Hadid.
Before focusing fully on modeling, Hadid was an equestrian and briefly studied photography at the Parsons School of Design in New York City. She has used her platform for philanthropic activities and is also a co-founder of Kin Euphorics, a nonalcoholic adaptogenic beverage brand.
