Ben Wang is an American actor born as Wang Pucun on September 21, 1997, in Beijing, China. He is known for his roles as Jin Wang in the Disney+ series American Born Chinese and as Bo in the Disney+ film Chang Can Dunk. He also stars as Li Fong in the 2025 film Karate Kid: Legends alongside Ralph Macchio and Jackie Chan.
Wang was born in Beijing and immigrated to the United States with his mother when he was six, growing up in Northfield, Minnesota. He graduated from New York University, where he studied musical theater. He is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese and is proficient in several martial arts, including karate, kung fu (primarily wing chun), and taekwondo.
