Bill Goldberg, born William Scott Goldberg, is an American retired professional wrestler and former American football player.
He is best known for his dominant career in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). In WCW, he rose to massive fame with a legendary undefeated streak in singles competition from 1997 to 1998, establishing himself as a powerhouse with explosive intensity, often winning matches in minutes with his signature moves, the Spear and the Jackhammer.
Goldberg is a four-time world champion in professional wrestling and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018.
