Ceaser Emanuel, born David Emanuel in 1979, is a TV personality and entrepreneur.
He is best known for being the founder and owner of Black Ink Tattoo Studio, which began in Harlem, New York City, and has expanded into a successful chain with locations in other cities like Atlanta and Orlando.
He starred in the VH1 reality series, Black Ink Crew, which premiered in 2013 and documented the day-to-day drama at his tattoo shop. However, VH1 made the decision to cut ties with him and he was fired from the show in June 2022 after a video surfaced online showing him hitting a dog with a chair. Emanuel alleged the video was a "setup" and that he was breaking up a fight between his dogs.
He pursued graphic arts after high school, eventually earning a bachelor's degree in visual communication and a minor in graphic design. Before opening his tattoo business, he worked as a graphic designer and art director.
