Erika Kirk (née Frantzve; born November 20, 1988) is an American businesswoman, nonprofit executive, and podcaster. She serves as the chairwoman and CEO of Turning Point USA (TPUSA), a conservative organization she took over leading following the death of her husband, co-founder Charlie Kirk, in September 2025. In March 2026, she was appointed to the United States Air Force Academy Board of Visitors by President Donald Trump.
Before stepping into her current leadership role at TPUSA, she won the Miss Arizona USA pageant in 2012 and went on to compete in Miss USA. She has founded and led several initiatives, including the nonprofit Everyday Heroes Like You, the ministry project BIBLEin365, and the faith-inspired clothing line Proclaim Streetwear. Additionally, she hosts the devotional podcast Midweek Rise Up.
She holds a bachelor's degree in political science and international relations from Arizona State University, a Juris Master in American Legal Studies from Liberty University, and has pursued a doctorate in biblical studies.
