James Andrew Eric Phelps (born February 25, 1986) is an English actor and podcaster. He is most widely recognized for his role as Fred Weasley in the Harry Potter film series (2001–2011), where he starred alongside his identical twin brother, Oliver Phelps, who played George Weasley.
