Joe Pesci is an Academy Award-winning American actor and musician, best known for his portrayal of volatile, tough-talking characters and his sharp comedic timing. Born in Newark, New Jersey, in 1943, he began his career as a child performer and a lounge singer before transitioning into film.
He is most recognized for his frequent collaborations with director Martin Scorsese and actor Robert De Niro.
