Kevin Sorbo is an American actor best known for his leading role as the titular hero in the hit 1990s television series Hercules: The Legendary Journeys. The show was a massive international success and established him as a major action star of that era.

Following the conclusion of Hercules, he transitioned to science fiction, starring as Captain Dylan Hunt in the series Andromeda from 2000 to 2005.
