Madison Bailey (born January 29, 1999) is an American actress and singer best known for her breakout role as Kiara "Kie" Carrera in the hit Netflix mystery drama series Outer Banks (2020–present).
Born and raised in Kernersville, North Carolina, Bailey was adopted as a child and grew up in a large family with six older siblings. She originally aspired to be a singer but transitioned to acting and modeling at age 15.
