Matthew Fredrick "Matt" Riddle is an American professional wrestler and former mixed martial artist. He is known for his laid-back "bro" persona, wrestling barefoot, and his background as a legitimate combat sports athlete.
Riddle first gained recognition as an MMA fighter, appearing on The Ultimate Fighter 7 and competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) from 2008 to 2013, where he compiled a solid record before being released due to multiple positive tests for marijuana.
After transitioning to professional wrestling in 2014, he quickly rose to prominence on the independent circuit before signing with WWE in 2018. During his time in WWE, he was a United States Champion, an NXT Tag Team Champion, and a two-time Raw Tag Team Champion with Randy Orton as the popular tag team RK-Bro. Following his release from WWE, he has continued his career on the independent circuit, including winning the MLW World Heavyweight Championship.
