Ryan McCartan (born June 14, 1993) is a versatile American actor and singer who has successfully transitioned from Disney Channel stardom to becoming a respected leading man on Broadway.
He is perhaps most widely recognized for his dual roles in the mid-2010s: playing Diggie Smalls on the Disney Channel sitcom Liv and Maddie and originating the role of the dark, rebellious Jason "J.D." Dean in the Off-Broadway cult hit Heathers: The Musical.

Broadway: He has held several major roles, including Fiyero in Wicked and Prince Hans in the stage adaptation of Frozen. As of early 2025, he took over the title role of Jay Gatsby in The Great Gatsby on Broadway.
