Witney Carson is an American professional dancer, choreographer, and television personality. She is most widely recognized for her long tenure as a professional dancer on the celebrity competition show Dancing with the Stars (DWTS), where she won Season 19 with celebrity partner Alfonso Ribeiro. Her choreography on the show also earned her a Primetime Emmy Award nomination. Prior to DWTS, she was a contestant and Top 6 finisher on the ninth season of So You Think You Can Dance. In addition to her dance career, she has worked as an actress, co-hosted the game show Catch 21, and is an entrepreneur. She is also a public advocate for skin cancer awareness, having survived melanoma.
