Bob Odenkirk is an American actor, comedian, writer, director, and producer. He is widely known for his role as the morally flexible lawyer Saul Goodman (also known as Jimmy McGill) in the AMC crime drama series Breaking Bad and its spin-off prequel series, Better Call Saul.

Before his dramatic roles, Odenkirk was primarily known for his work in sketch comedy. He co-created and starred in the HBO sketch comedy series Mr. Show with Bob and David (1995–1998) alongside David Cross. He also worked as a writer for influential shows like Saturday Night Live (SNL) and The Ben Stiller Show.

In recent years, he has taken on roles in action films, most notably starring as the seemingly ordinary but secretly highly skilled operative Hutch Mansell in the movie Nobody (2021).
