Macaulay Macaulay Culkin Culkin, born August 26, 1980, in New York City, is an American actor and musician. He rose to fame as a child star in the early 1990s, most notably for his role as Kevin McCallister in the Home Alone films (1990 and 1992). Other prominent roles include My Girl (1991), The Good Son (1993), and Richie Rich (1994). After retiring from acting in 1994 at age 14, he returned sporadically, appearing in Party Monster (2003) and Saved! (2004). He founded the pizza-themed Velvet Underground parody band The Pizza Underground in 2013 and has hosted the podcast Bunny Ears since 2018. Culkin married actress Rachel Miner in 1998 (divorced 2002) and has been in a relationship with Brenda Song since 2017, with whom he has two sons. He legally changed his middle name to "Macaulay Culkin" in 2018 via public poll on his website.
