Dylan O'Brien is an American actor best known for his roles as Stiles Stilinski in the MTV supernatural series Teen Wolf (2011–2017) and as the lead protagonist, Thomas, in the science fiction film trilogy The Maze Runner (2014–2018).
Born on August 26, 1991, in New York City, he initially gained attention by posting comedy videos on his YouTube channel before pursuing acting professionally. His other notable film roles include playing explosion survivor Caleb Holloway in Deepwater Horizon (2016), fictional counterterrorist Mitch Rapp in American Assassin (2017), and the lead role in the adventure film Love and Monsters (2020). He also provided the voice for the title character in Bumblebee (2018). Prior to his acting career, he was the drummer for the independent rock band Slow Kids at Play.
