Loann Kaji, full name Kieu-Loan Guan, is a Vietnamese-American producer and businesswoman best known as the mother and business manager of the YouTube star Ryan Kaji, the host of the globally successful children's media brand Ryan's World (formerly Ryan ToysReview). Born in 1984, she is married to Shion Kaji, and they have three children, including Ryan and twin daughters Emma and Kate, who all feature in their family's content.
Loann was born in Vietnam and her family came to the United States as refugees. Prior to becoming a full-time content creator and brand manager, she was a high school chemistry teacher. She co-created and manages the family's media empire, Sunlight Entertainment, which produces their YouTube content, television shows like Ryan's Mystery Playdate, and an extensive line of merchandise. She is credited as a key figure in the transformation of her son's simple toy review channel into a major children's brand.
