Luke Combs is an American country singer and songwriter. He was born in Huntersville, North Carolina, on March 2, 1990, and grew up in Asheville.
Combs rose to prominence in country music after moving to Nashville and releasing his debut EP, The Way She Rides, in 2014. His debut single, "Hurricane," became a number-one hit on the country radio airplay chart in 2017. His major-label debut album, This One's for You, followed, which included multiple number-one singles.
He is known for his distinctive voice and has received numerous accolades, including multiple Country Music Association (CMA) Entertainer of the Year awards. He has released several successful albums, such as What You See Is What You Get, Growin' Up, Gettin' Old, and Fathers & Sons.
