Sam Darnold is an American professional football quarterback who currently plays for the Seattle Seahawks in the NFL. He is widely recognized for one of the most significant "redemption arcs" in recent sports history. After struggling early in his career, he had a breakout season with the Vikings in 2024 before signing a three-year deal with Seattle in 2025. In February 2026, he led the Seahawks to a victory in Super Bowl LX, becoming the first quarterback to win a championship after playing for five different NFL franchises.
