Sarah Michelle Gellar is an American actress and entrepreneur, perhaps best known for her iconic role as Buffy Summers in the critically acclaimed television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997–2003).
She began her career as a child actor, and later gained popularity and won a Daytime Emmy Award for her work as Kendall Hart in the soap opera All My Children (1993–1995).
