Tamera Mowry-Housley is an American actress, television personality, and former singer. She is widely known for co-starring with her identical twin sister, Tia Mowry, in the popular 1990s sitcom Sister, Sister, where she played the role of Tamera Campbell.
She also starred alongside her sister in the Disney Channel Original Movies Twitches and Twitches Too. Later in her career, Tamera was one of the co-hosts on the syndicated daytime talk show The Real for six seasons (2013-2020), and has appeared in various TV movies, including several for the Hallmark Channel. She has also starred in the medical drama Strong Medicine.
