Tanya Burr, born June 9, 1989, is an English YouTuber, actress, and author known for her early influence in the beauty and lifestyle vlogging community. She launched her YouTube channel in 2009 while working at a department store, initially sharing makeup tutorials inspired by celebrity looks, which quickly gained popularity. By 2011, she quit her job to focus on content creation full-time, amassing millions of subscribers with videos on fashion, baking, and daily life. Burr expanded her brand with the launch of Tanya Burr Cosmetics in 2014, sold exclusively at Superdrug, featuring affordable lip glosses and nail polishes. As an author, she has released three books: Love, Tanya (2015), a guide to beauty, vlogging, and baking; Tanya Bakes (2016), a cookbook; and Tanya's Christmas (2017), a holiday-themed collection—all co-written with a ghostwriter and published by Penguin Books.
