Eden Sher is an American actress and author, best known for her standout role as the quirky, eternally optimistic teenager Sue Heck on the ABC comedy series The Middle. Her performance as Sue earned her widespread critical acclaim, including a Critics' Choice Television Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.
Beyond The Middle, Eden is well-known in the animation world as the voice of Star Butterfly, the energetic lead character in the Disney animated series Star vs. the Forces of Evil. She has also appeared in various other television shows, including Weeds, Sons & Daughters, and Jane the Virgin.
