Mark Daniel Ronson is a British-American DJ, record producer, songwriter, author, and composer. He is recognized as one of the most successful musicians in contemporary popular culture, known for his eclectic production style that often blends genres like funk, soul, hip hop, R&B, and pop.
Ronson began his career in the 1990s as a popular DJ in New York City. His breakthrough as a producer came with his work on Amy Winehouse's 2006 album Back to Black, which earned him a Grammy Award for Producer of the Year. He gained massive global success with his 2014 single "Uptown Funk," featuring Bruno Mars, which topped charts worldwide and won two Grammy Awards, including Record of the Year.
