Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, is the younger son of King Charles III and the late Diana, Princess of Wales. Born Henry Charles Albert David in 1984, he is a member of the British royal family and is currently fifth in the line of succession to the British throne. He served for ten years in the British Armed Forces, including two tours of duty in Afghanistan as a Forward Air Controller and an Apache helicopter pilot.

Following his active military service, he founded the Invictus Games, an international adaptive sporting competition for wounded, injured, and sick service personnel and veterans. He is a humanitarian, a mental health advocate, and a bestselling author of the memoir Spare.

He married American actress Meghan Markle in 2018, who became the Duchess of Sussex. In 2020, the couple stepped back from their roles as working members of the royal family and now reside in California, where they focus on philanthropic and production work through their organization, Archewell.
