Joe Gatto is an American improvisational comedian, actor, and producer from Staten Island, New York. He is best known as a former member of the comedy troupe The Tenderloins, alongside Sal Vulcano, James Murray, and Brian Quinn, and for starring in the hit TV show Impractical Jokers from 2011 to 2021.
He also starred in the show The Misery Index and the movie Impractical Jokers: The Movie. He currently tours with his stand-up solo show, such as "Joe Gatto's Night of Comedy" and "Let's Get Into It," and co-hosts the podcast "Two Cool Moms."
Gatto is passionate about animal rescue and co-runs a non-profit dog rescue shelter. He also actively supports anti-bullying organizations. He has two children and has written two books, including the children's picture book Where's Bearry?
