Kristin Davis is an American actress best known for her role as Charlotte York Goldenblatt in the highly popular television series Sex and the City (1998–2004) and its subsequent films and spin-off series, And Just Like That... (2021–present).
She often portrays characters who are polished, sometimes traditional, and romantically minded. Before her breakthrough, she was also recognized for her role as Brooke Armstrong in the soap opera Melrose Place.
In addition to her work in television and film, she is also involved in humanitarian efforts, particularly as a Goodwill Ambassador for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency.
