Kaitlin Olson is an American actress and comedian. She is widely known for her roles in television comedy, particularly as Deandra "Sweet Dee" Reynolds in the FXX series It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, which she has starred in since 2005.

She also starred as Mackenzie "Mickey" Molng in the Fox comedy series The Mick (2017–2018) and currently stars as Morgan Gillory in the ABC crime drama series High Potential (since 2024). Additionally, she has a recurring role as DJ Vance Jr. in the series Hacks.

In film, she provided the voice for Destiny the whale shark in the animated movie Finding Dory (2016) and has appeared in live-action films such as The Heat (2013) and Champions (2023).

Born on August 18, 1975, in Portland, Oregon, she is married to her It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia co-star, Rob McElhenney, and they have two children.
